Hello! This page contains all the specifics of how you would go about commissioning me. PRICING

I don't have a base price depending on what kind of theme you want to commission from me (e.g. minimal theme vs detailed fansite theme), BUT I require a payment of $5 CAD (1 coffee on ko-fi.com/glenthemes) as a non-refundable commitment fee once we've agreed on the design, layout, features etc. The price can be negotiable!The actual commission fee is separate, and is paid after I've finished the work.Based on previous commission prices, they have fluctuated between $50CAD and $450CAD. So it really depends on what kind of features you want to have!

DURATION

The time needed to build your theme will vary depending on its complexity; I will be able to provide a clearer estimate once we've worked out the details. I'll constantly update you about my progress and ask you for your opinions/feedback along the way so I can integrate them asap.

HOW IT WORKS

To contact me about a potential commission, please only use Discord DMs. I've had multiple issues with tumblr ask & tumblr messaging in the past, and this is the most painless way to do it. Describe your commission idea in as much detail as possible. You can include any details you want, from font choices to spacing to color scheme to icon font choices and all that. The more specific, the better!
I will let you know right away if something is out of my area of expertise, or if it's something I'm uncomfortable with doing.If you already have a wireframe (site layout sketch), send it over!
If you don't already have a wireframe, I'll sketch out a few ideas and ask you which one you prefer (or which elements you like the most, so I can merge them).I don't have a base price, because each custom theme varies so I'll let you know how much it'll cost once I have most of the details! I'll lower or increase the price depending on how complex your idea is, and how time-consuming that would be for me. We can negotiate on a price you're comfortable with paying, but if it doesn't work out, I will cancel the commission (no hard feelings!).🖤 STAGE 3: 🖤
Once that's settled, I'll wait for your $5 CAD commitment fee on ko-fi as stated earlier in the "Pricing" section, and then I'll get to work!🖤 STAGE 4: 🖤
You'll get a live preview blog link when I'm done, so you can check for any aspects you want to change before I finalize the code. Once we've OK'ed everything, I'll send you the invoice charging the actual commission fee (or you can tip me the specified amount on ko-fi, whichever you prefer!). Once the payment comes through, I'll send you the theme code via email (or Discord if you prefer), as well as a guide on where to edit stuff!

I can help you with minor stuff with your theme after I've given it to you, but if you want extra features, I may require additional charges depending on the complexity of your request.
